Mozoon Towers

Mozoon Towers is a mixed use development. Located in West Bay - Al Dafna – Doha, the project will comprise four hotels and apartment towers as well as quality retail space. Mozoon Towers Project is a four-tower complex under development on a plot land of 29,395 m2, with a total construction area of 435,503 m2, a total number of Hotel rooms and Apartments of 1,797 and 2,252 car parks, detailed as follows:
Tower “A”:Hotel and Hotel Apartments (5B+G+25). Operated by Oberoi Hotels and Resorts under Brand name “The Oberoi-Doha“
Tower “B”: Hotel (5B+G+32). Operated by Marriott International under Brand names “Renaissance Hotel” and “Courtyard Hotel”
Tower “C”: Hotel Apartments (5B+G+37). Operated by Retaj Hotels & Hospitality under Brand name “Retaj Suites and Residence”
Tower “D”: Hotel Apartments (5B+G+45). Operated by Marriott International under Brand names “Marriott Executive Apartments” and “Marriott Residence Inn”
Our inspiration first began with a storyline inspired by a theatrical journey of adventure in Qatar’s local life and culture symbolically represented by the pedigree of the Faras (Arabian horse). That narrative, together with our interpretation of WANDERLUST, created a platform for imagination and experimentation highlighted through spacial moments of discovery and wonder. As we continue into the next chapters, our objective remains to combine the Renaissance vision with our own design philosophy and to create a concept that connects the guest with the spirit of the hotel through navigation, culture, and technology. Indigenous art and local tradition gives the traveler a True sense of Placemaking, with non typical design moments in line with the iconic Signatures of the Renaissance brand.
