DAJH Architects to Design BCD Penthouse

DAJH Architects commissioned to design a 550 sqm primary residence in the heart of Beirut. Located in Minet El-Hosn, a premium real estate zone within Beirut, this flat is still on skeleton and revolves around an internal courtyard that brings light from all sides.

The brief requires the design of a primary residence for a family of six, with extensive travelling agenda and feel for home comfort. The scope of services consists of schematic design, construction and tender drawings as well as periodic site supervision.
